Cycling Related Endeavors:
I grew up on a bike, and started racing mountain bikes competitively my freshman year of undergrad at Southern Illinois University.  Through the years, I began to race on the road more and more.  The freedom, speed, and simplicity of cycling had me hooked.

Other Interests:
I've transformed my passion for non-motorized transportation into a career as a transportation planner currently working for the City of Charlotte.  Between bike racing and my career, I try to maintain an appreciation for the finer things in life.  Specifically: milk and cookies.
